The Rhythm of the Sea

The "Line 0" Hotel

Think of it not as being stuck on a boat, but as a vacation where your hotel is 'Line 0'—right on the water. We move at our own pace, changing our view every day.

The Activities

More Than Just Sailing

The actual sailing is just a small part of the adventure. The rest? It's hiking, exploring ancient ruins, and snorkeling in crystal clear waters. You dictate the pace.

A quiet harbour at night with village lights reflected
A hidden cove lined with pine trees and moored sailboats
Aerial view of Poros town surrounded by sea

Evening vibes in Skradin.

The Magic

Sunsets & Solitude

There are places you can only reach by boat, and moments you can only experience when you're anchored away from the crowds.

Your skipper

Hi, I'm Alex — nomad, tech consultant, and RYA Yachtmaster Offshore.

I've been organizing charter trips with friends for six years. Between trips I live and work from colivings, same as you. These aren't commercial tours. We charter the boat together and split the real costs. I skipper, everyone chips in, and nobody makes a profit.

Life Onboard & Logistics

Comfort & Transparency

Comfortable cabins, great food, and a zero-profit model. As an organizer, I pay an equal share of the expenses—I'm here for the passion of sharing this lifestyle.

Important vibe check: These trips are designed as true PTO. While connectivity is easy these days, a boat simply doesn't have the space for 6-8 people to set up offices. More importantly, mixing people on vacation with people on a tight work schedule ruins the vibe for everyone. Close the laptop, open a beer.

The budget

Transparent, At-Cost Sharing

Total Estimated Trip Cost: €700 – €1,700 per person

Because this isn't a commercial tour, you pay exactly what the trip costs—no markups. Here is exactly how that breaks down at cost:

The Berth (Fixed Upfront)

€400 – €1,000+ per person

What it covers: Boat charter, deposit insurance, and base fees.

Why it varies: Depends heavily on if we book a Monohull or Catamaran, and the season (June vs. August).

Skipper Fee: €0

The Shared Kitty (Variable Onboard)

€300 – €700 per person

What it covers: Groceries, fuel, marina fees, and restaurants.

Why it varies: This is entirely up to our group's vibe. We pool this money on day one. If we anchor out and cook under the stars, it stays low. If we hit marinas and tavernas every night, it goes up.

I pay an equal share into both buckets, just like everyone else.

How it works

From "sounds fun" to a locked berth in three steps

1

Raise your hand (Express Availability)

Pick a trip and tick every week you could potentially make work using the multi-select pills. The wider you cast your net, the higher the chance we find a match for the crew. (100% non-binding at this stage).

2

We fix the dates

When enough people align, I pick the winning week.

3

Deposit locks your berth

Once we agree on a week, you have a strict 7-day window to transfer your deposit. If it's not locked in, the berth automatically rolls to the next coliver on the waitlist. First come, first served.
